Kein 4-Sterne-Niveau

1 Stern für die Lage und je einen halben fürs Frühstück und für die Architektur der Gebäude. Schlecht gelöst: Service im Restaurant. Ein Mitarbeiter wies den Platz zu, brachte Wasser. Eine andere nahm die Bestellung auf. Ein anderer brachte die Vorspeise. Eine weitere Person musste sich bei uns entschuldigen für die sehr lange Wartezeit bis zum Hauptgang, usw. Hinweis an die GF: 1 Person hat für den Tisch verantwortlich zu sein. In der Studio-Suite zog es und es war unsäglich kalt. Auf erste Bitten um Richtigstellung wurde nicht reagiert. Letztlich stellte es sich heraus, dass die Aircondition mit ihren lauten Geräuschen und mit der kalten Luft nicht abgestellt werden kann - bei einer Aussentemperatur von 10°Celsius. Die Rezeption vom Zimmer aus nicht erreichbar - kam nur ein Band. Die GF: Nicht erreichbar, folglich auch keine Entschuldigung derselben. In solchen Hotels stelle ich immer die gleiche Vorgehensweise der Betreiber fest: Kundenwünsche werden ignoriert und nicht als Chance zur Verbesserung angesehen. Fazit: Nicht empfehlenswert.
