Vermilion Crossing Vacation Packages

Had a very nice and comfortable weekend stay.

Enjoyable stay. Comfy room. Only neg. is the coffeemaker. I told staff it didn't make a hot beverage and to replace it. It was still there next day (room 412). Hotel lobby has complementary coffee beverages, free weekend Nat. Post. Hotel gave a 10% off voucher for restaurant on site. Good food, reasonably priced ( breakfast and lunch menu).

Overcharged. We were supposed to stay for one night in two rooms. Hotel agreed to adjust our stay at checkout. Then at checkout they refused to make the adjustment and claimed we hadn’t spoken to them. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism.

Absolutely loved our 2 night stay! Rooms are comfortable, location is excellent and we loved the lobby with a huge crackling fire! Perfect place to read a book, on their comfy leather couch! We used the hot tub early both mornings before it got busy and it was beautiful and peaceful watching the sun rise. My only negative comment, is that the rooms have no full length mirror, and I'm a girl who likes to check my outfit! Also, some bottled water in the room would be nice.

The property is clean and the staff is professional and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

It was great!
