We had an absolute grotesque experience, first room they checked us into was disgusting hair in the bed, someone’s belongings still in the room hair all over and he shower. After we complained they switched us rooms that resulted in an even dirtier experience…. Dirty or yogurt and milk all over the crib - nightstands covered in coffee stains & dry food ect, again hair all over the shower and Sofabed stained sheets. We have stayed in a lot of hotels and have never been experienced uncleanliness to this extent … not very safe with children!

Room was mostly clean, there was some missed urine stains behind the toilet. Bed was very comfortable, AC was good. There's no Continental breakfast, the 20% off from the restaurant is still avit pricey.

Tv didn't work in room. Staff member tried her best to fix it but could not and offered to switch rooms instead. She ensured tv was working in the new room, but then not enough towels and bathroom socket did not work. Hotel and restaurant seemed short staffed.

Newer developing area near highway and yet the rooms are well sound proofed. Close to a couple of restaurants, coffee and food store. Perhaps best for those who are travelling thru or only there for a couple of nights. Not near lake.

Stayed one night and our room wasnt ready even checking in 30 minutes past check in, they found a new room for us, our pillows smelt like cologne, our towels (except 2) had stains on them and had clearly been used. Usually we are not ones to be picky with hotels but this was gross.

I wanted to say special thank you to Babalpreet and Vanshik for making our stay comfortable and pleasant. We were staying with our 6 kids here for a week and these ladies were kind and helpful whenever we needed something or had questions. We will be back again. The property is renovated and well maintained. The only issues were pool, hot tub and laundry room were closing too early and after coming from the beach we really need to use these. Would be nice for a pool/jacuzzi and laundry to be open till 11 as most places. Also, kitchen at the suite with full kitchen lacked supplies for cooking(had only 2 pots, one little pan and no spatulas).
