Our stay was good. No complaints about the room. It was actually very nice. The bed was very comfortable. A little disappointed that breakfast was not included. Other best westerns do include breakfast even if it is continental.

The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well-equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable with soft linens and extra pillows, which made it easy to relax after a long day. I also appreciated the blackout curtains and how quiet the room was – I slept perfectly every night

The facilities were absolutely disgusting. Room wasn’t ready on time, the room was dirty, the bed was stained and the couch was stained. The room was ready 30 minutes late and the service didn’t do anything about it. The room was nice overall but was not clean in the slightest. Not worth the money but is in a nice location

We had dinner at your restaurant with my family, and unfortunately, toward the end of our meal, we found a long blonde hair inside the potatoes. It was extremely unpleasant and disappointing. While we did receive a refund for the dish, the experience left us feeling quite uncomfortable. Although we appreciate the gesture, we likely won’t be dining at the restaurant again in the future. Thank you for your understanding.

Had a room across from the pool. It was very noisy, could hear slamming doors and then the people above us were noisy. The room was big a clean , but the air conditioning ( which was great) but sounded like a motor running so it either kept you awake or woke you up when it turned on and ran.

check in staff was not very welcoming ( lacking smile?) forgot to mention about breakfast that i still have to ask... been to 4 hotels in this trip and I forgot which is which .. but overall i like this hotel, new, huge room and a view to a kill seeing sun rise against the hill and the highway.. awesome !! would stay there again. I booked ahead so, room price was just right. thank you it was a nice experience.
