The room was probably the dirtiest room I've stayed in. When i complained, they told me I can't expect the room to be spotless. There was a mat at the door that was so dirty you couldn't tell what color it was. Stains on the bedding, hair all over the floor, bathroom floor was disgusting. We left early because the stay was so uncomfortable.

Beds were decent, clean rooms and Breakfast amazing, lots of choices. Eggs, Sausages, hashbrowns, pancakes, cereal, toast, english muffins, muffins, yogurts, juices and coffee. Pool was nice but water wasnt exactly maintained well. Parking was easy and areas felt safe. Lots of shopping around property in walking distance. Would stay there again. Sraff was friendly and accommodating.

The room smelled like cigarettes even though it was supposed to non smoking. Cigarette burns on the bath tub sill. Very dated interior. Bathroom light did not work. Lady at checking was sullen. Generally run down.

Definitely overpriced for what you get. They did try to give a facelift to an older building, but you could tell it is likely covering some bigger problems. There was dirt in the corners of the bathroom and a bathroom door which wouldnt shut. The staff extended to pool hours to accommodate another group staying at the motel at the same time and didn't take the rooms next to the pool into consideration. Overall for what we got, I would have paid half the rate. Would not be staying here again.

Property was so dated, A/C was very noisy, door lock keeps beeping and hotel manager had to show us a trick to keep it from beeping. There were only few tables for breakfast that we had to take our plates to our room. Block out curtains has big opening in top that illuminates the whole room all night, there were only 3 pillows for a Queen bed pull out couch room. Tub and toilet seat are very low.

We checked in late and was sadly disappointed when we arrived at room. The bathroom area was disgusting, black hardened slime in corners by tub and someone’s long black hair in our towels and tub. This was and will be last time we stay here.

Outside of some minor things like the pool saying 5 ft at the deep end when it isn’t, the pool sign saying open until 10pm but the front desk saying they typically close at 9, and there only being 2 towels when the booking was for 4 people, what bothered me the most was the cleanliness issue. The pillows were stained and you could see it through the cases (I ended up having to use a shirt instead because of how grossed out I was) and there were smudges all over the bathroom door. The bedding was also VERY thin.

Didn't feel safe as the door was not very secure (could see outside with the gap by it.) Only 2 big towels for 4 of us. No spare Kleenex. Had to ask for more. Cleaners changed towels but left the dirty bath mat in our room. A fly was floating in the container of boiled eggs one morning. The bottom and sides of the pool are coming apart. Needs maintenance.
