This place was good ! Excellent breakfast, but renovations were happening . Our room could use an upgrade . I would love to see no carpet in rooms . Staff were wonderful!

The hotel was under construction and was loud during the day. Parking was horrible as not enough spots for guests. The breakfast was really good and the cleaning staff were very helpful!

Rooms were assigned on the third floor even though rooms were under construction and hallways were filled with equipment, beds, etc. The hallway was dirty and barely passable. Rooms had electrical problems and friends had to change room 3 times. One guest on oxygen and had to plug in to use his oxygen equipment. Front clerk desk not helpful. Did not even check to see if we could get a room closer to our friends and due to multiple room changes a chair from one room was moved to another. The next day I asked the front desk clerk to have the chair returned to the original room. She responded that she would take care of that right away. Several hours later I asked one of the cleaners if I could get the chair and she took me to the room so I could return it. Finally, the parking lot was full on our return from a wedding reception due to multiple containers used for the renovation taking up parking spaces and a large bus that seemed to be used for storage? Both disabled parking passes were full.

I just had one-night stay at hotel. The location is convenient with restaurants and gas stations around. Looks like the hotel is under renovation. I had to admit the facility was a little bit old. Renovation is really necessary.

I feel very safe about the area. It's a little noisy outside the hotel in the middle night; it might be a coincidence for that specific night. Overall, no complains and I would consider this hotel again for the next trip.

The beds were uncomfortable and creaked every time you moved. The pool was cloudy so we didn’t use it which is one of the reasons we booked that hotel. The hotel is under renovation so the hallways and stairwells have old mattresses and couches stashed in them.
