Property in under renovation, parking lot is full of storage containers and equipment so they didn’t have enough parking for guests and I like many had to park on an unlighted side street. Room toilet didn’t work, drywall above shower was patched, and outside of our ground floor room widow were 2 used / old removed toilets sitting on the grass.

Came in and the place had trailers and toilets all over the staff or owners were cleaning cars and walked into the non smoking room smelled like like smoke then there was a bag on the smoke detector. The sink was plugged then all in all there was no sugar cream or stir sticks for coffee. But on a gd note mattress was soft.

The room was newly renovated, with the most comfortable bed and pillows I’ve ever had. The pool water was wonderfully warm, and the front desk staff were friendly and explained the facility schedule in detail.
