Extremely noisy hallway

We were placed in a room on the ground floor at the far end of the building- the highway was close so traffic noise was expected, but wasn’t too bad. What was challenging was people talking and banging doors between midnight and 7 am. It happened at least 4 times, so was difficult to sleep.

A nice hotel room, but the hotel is strung out in several buildings, with inadequate signage and long walks. Our room (60x) was on the third floor - a little confusing. Hotel has 2 complimentary EV chargers, but did not note this in listing.

Good but Room to Improve

Likes: The room was clean and quiet, despite being close to the highway. The staff was accommodating and generally easy to deal with. Most items in the room where in good shape. The property is close to most amenities in town. Dislikes: I was traveling with small children and was concerned that the small mini-fridge would be insufficient. I called ahead and was told that an electric cooler would be added to my room. The cooler wasn't there when I arrived. I spoke with the front desk and got a lost look. The conversation had to start from step one. To their credit, this was accommodated. We forgot a little foot stool for the kids to reach the sink the room when we checked out. This is totally my fault. It would have been nice if the hotel reached out to let us know. I realize that it wasn't worth shipping; however, it's still poor of the hotel to say nothing.
