I usually avoid writing negative reviews, but this experience left me no choice. This was by far the most unpleasant hotel stay we've ever had.
We checked in late and were given a room that was in unacceptable condition - it was filthy. There was no hot water in the sink, and the bathtub was completely clogged, not draining a single drop.
When I approached the front desk for help, I was shocked by the response: I was told there were no other rooms available and told us to find another hotel and that they would process a refund only then. This was past midnight, and finding alternate accommodation at that hour was unreasonable and incredibly stressful.
After considerable back-and-forth, the receptionist eventually agreed to a partial refund.
Even if I were paid to stay here, I wouldn’t return. If you do choose to book this hotel, I strongly advise checking in early and inspecting your room thoroughly - particularly the bathroom - so that you have time to request a different room if needed.
