This place was SPECTACULAR! We weren't expecting it to be 2 levels for just the 2 of us. It was sooo spacious and comfortable. We couldn't hear any noise from the other rooms. It was just GORGEOUS!

I do like this hotel. The staff was friendly. A $200 hold for “incidentals” is a bit much. There is no housekeeping. If you need your garbage changed or fresh towels, you must call front desk. You cannot call for a to-go order at the restaurant. You have to go to the restaurant and order in person. Skip the dishes found me just fine both days.

Great Place on the outer edge of Vernon

Great place out of the hustle and bustle (and homlesness) in Vernon. Appreciated the outside entries, as we had our dog with us. Overall, 'the Castle' was in great shape, and we would really like to see it in the summer once the trees and shrubbery leaf out.
