I enjoyed my one night stay, great Canadian owned chain, very comfy rooms and beds. Great service too!

Loved the outdoor pool. Breakfast wasn't the best. Saved money staying here but used that money to buy breakfast. Had ants and spiders in our bathroom. AC sounded like it was going to break and it wasn't the best at staying cold. Thankfully we weren't in the room super often.

We were met by Pierre who couldn't be more helpful. Explained everything in detail. Breakfast was a delight. Pierre likes to provide a Canadian/French fusion. Not too heavy and not too light but a taste sensation. Nothing is too much bother in this delightful family home that you are aware of, but doesn't interfere with your private holiday. Thank you Pierre and team. Kevin and Fiona.

Room could use a refresh. Carpet was dirty. The cleanest part of the room was the tile on the shower wall. The other walls were dirty. Deadbolt would not lock. No pool or hot tub on premises.

The staff were excellent, very helpful. Great location and hotel was getting upgraded.

The reception is not properly manned given the volume of traffic, number of rooms/tourists and activities that the reception is in charge of. This was by far the biggest handicap at this property, every time I needed help there was a significant waiting time (people waiting in line, while the only receptionist is on the phone).

Great stay No complaints

Check in was confusing since I never received any email regarding the check in process. Charging 1000 for damage deposit is, in my opinion, too much. Asking the guests to do laundry and take out their garbage was also unheard of.
