This property is very sketchy with strange men hanging around the lobby. We couldn't even check in because there wasn't an accessible elevator and no room on the ground floor. I would not recommend it. Stay away.

Unhygienic! Mouldy bathroom and bedroom was always dusty, I couldn't walk barefoot around the room/bathroom. On the plus side there's free parking outside the hotel, a supermarket, and a decent restaurant next door.

The staff were all lovely, very friendly and helpful. I felt unwell one day and asked the receptionist to arrange a taxi to take me to a pharmacy. He very kindly did so. Food was great, good selection at breakfast. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room was really quiet.

I'd especially like to thank the gentleman at the reception who helped me during my stay. I was going to arrive back at the hotel late at night, so I asked him if the area was safe. He kindly reassured me that it was generally safe and told me that if I needed any help or felt uncomfortable for any reason, he would be at the reception and would be happy to assist. He also gave me a bottle of water, which was a very thoughtful gesture. His kindness and professionalism genuinely made my stay more enjoyable, and I really appreciate how welcoming he was. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money. The building is a little old, but it was clean and well maintained. The location isn't right in the city centre, but it's easy to get around by bus, so it wasn't a problem.

L'hôtel est bien situé, les transports en communs sont proches et l'épicerie est à 100 m très pratique ! Cependant l'air climatisé est déficiente, parfois on peut l'utilisé d'autre fois non

A wonderful overnight stay before our flight out of Turin. Hotel arranged for a taxi in the morning and a reservation at the lovely restuarant ~Antica Zecca located on the premises.

Résidence bien équipée ,pratique et très bien placée juste à côté de la gare.... à 20 minutes à pied du centre ville.

Very impressed with all aspects of this hotel. Room was impecable. Staff were exemplary with customer service. Called a taxi for me several times. One of my best hotel experiences during this trip!
