Great location, to access old town, beach and metro system. Has the very basics. The apartment could do with a renovation of floors, amenities etc. Is the fire alarm functional? (See photo)

My partner and I had a great stay here last week. The staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful. We appreciated that more than anything, I think.

Room was good size for 2 people for a long weekend. Bathroom was clean and bed comfortable. It was quite noisy overnight with people passing the hotel so ear plugs are useful. The actual soundproofing of the rooms was good- you weren’t really aware of people in rooms around you. Staff were excellent and really helpful. Buffet breakfast was also very good.

Great place in the perfect location. Stayed in double room with private bathroom and it was a really comfortable bed. Breakfast was basic and a bit limited but clean and good quality. High Recommended!

I’ll start with the positives. The location of the hotel is perfect and close to everything. The space was also clean and exactly as expected.My friend and I were staying here to celebrate her birthday, and unfortunately, our experience at check-in was extremely disappointing. We were not aware that the check-in area was located on the second floor, directly next to the guest rooms. Upon check-in, Yusef treated us very poorly. He did not even greet us or say hello; the first thing he said was “shhhhh.” We understood that we needed to keep our voices down and immediately lowered our voices. He then proceeded to explain the taxes and fees, which he explained both my friend and I were required to pay. When I turned to explain this to my friend, his response and attitude were extremely rude and unpleasant.The customer service was particularly disappointing considering we had just arrived in Spain after an eight-hour flight and this was our first time visiting the country. We left the check-in area feeling so uncomfortable that we even considered cancelling our reservation. Unfortunately, I had to return to the front desk, and I remained completely cordial. Yusef’s response was, “You’re here again?!” Sir, I booked a stay at this hotel. Of course I was going to be there. He then referenced our Expedia reservation in a way that made me feel as though I was an inconvenience, despite the fact that we had paid nearly €1,000 for our stay. The entire interaction left a terrible taste.
