We stayed for 2 nights, breakfast included, which was excellent. Very convenient to have free level 2 EV charging available and also in room Bluetooth speaker with wireless charging and multiple usb charging ports. Room was very clean and elegant.

Special Little Place
**Charming Hotel with Thoughtful Touches** I recently stayed at this hotel while visiting Victoria, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! The hotel itself is full of charm, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The breakfast was wonderful—fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. I was especially impressed by how accommodating the staff were; I overheard other guests requesting adjustments to the menu, and the team was more than happy to oblige. Their flexibility really stood out. One unique offering I loved was the option to add an appetizer or dessert plate to your room. It was well worth the extra charge—a perfect treat after a long day of exploring the city. The only small downside was the lack of bag service. It would’ve been helpful to have assistance with my luggage, as bringing down my suitcase myself was a bit of a challenge. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Victoria. It’s a charming place with attentive staff and thoughtful touches that make your stay special!

Romantic getaway
We visited Victoria for our honeymoon and stayed at Abigail's for eight days. What a great hotel! The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean, interesting and well appointed. The breakfasts and afternoon snacks were delicious. Close to downtown and all services. Highly recommended for a romantic getaway.

Beautiful property with friendly staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The rooms are very noisy so if you are a difficult sleeper or like to keep your conversations private you will have a very difficult stay here. Elderly people with luggage will also have a difficult time if they are staying on the floors above ground level. some buildings do not have an elevator and there is no bell service to assist with bags.

If you are staying in Victoria you should stay at this hotel. Located in a leafy residential section of town but five-15 minute walk to everything. They provided and excellent list of restaurants near by which was very helpful and reliable. Best part was an amazing 3 course breakfast served in the breakfast room each morning and included in the reasonable rate. Super nice staff. Room was large and had everything you could need. At 4:30 every day you can go to the lobby for a warm hearty bowl of soup. Patrick our breakfast waiter even handed us a small snack to take as we left for the airport. The only negative was a few stairs to navigate and parking was very tight. But everything else was 10/10. And we had just arrived from the Wickanish Inn in Tofino which is a Relais and Chateau Hotel I. Tofino We were afraid it would be a let down. But it was not.
