I've never seen an hotel bathroom so clean for an old establishment. You can tell that they really pay attention to details here. The front desk staff were excellent as well (very jovial and supportive). I would return here when next in Victoria

The property is close to downtown, the mall, & several restaurants. The man who checked us in was extremely kind and accomodating, holding our luggage for us until our room was ready, and allowing us to check in early. The property is very clean and well cared for. It was quiet and the room was very nice. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. The only thing lacking was an elevator for my elderly parents. Next time we will book on the main floor.

Terrible experience

The pillow on my bed was dirty with yellow stains. It was really terrible that a hotel provided this kind of pillow. They also didn’t provide free water bottle to guests. But we knew we couldn’t ask for more due to the cheap price of the accommodation. We regret to choose a hotel with a low price. From now on, no matter the price is, we will only choose a hotel with good reputation and higher price.
