Convenient, comfortable, and affordable. Being attached to a car rental facility makes the surrounding atmosphere not particularly aesthetically pleasing. But a great place to sleep on your way in or out of the city! Staff were friendly too :)

The room I got had the garbage bins outside the window, along with the area where rental cars were cleaned and vacuumed, so noisy. The maid’s cart was stored in the hallway just across from my door. It made me feel as though I had the worst room. Other rooms might be okay, but inn seemed to be affiliated with Traveler’s Inn, which I also didn’t really like (although Arbutus was cleaner). Like Traveler’s Inn, they blast the heat, so you have to put the AC on just to feel normal. It seemed to be a tremendous waste of energy. Maid only cleans one time when you check out, so if that’s an issue for you, you should stay elsewhere. I saw 2 ants and a silverfish on day 1. I would only stay here again if I had to.

The hotel room looked to be very recently and tastefully updated, and was extremely clean. The room was also a nice size, and the internet was quite fast and very stable.

Renovated bathroom but rest of room is old. Had a replacement heater in room. Older dirty coffee maker.Can tell its older hotel. Don’t think i will be back. It is what it is. Good for the buck
