This hotel is under renovations. They are doing a nice job. Rooms are clean, beds comfy and location is within walking distance to downtown with free parking. Tim Hortons a short walk away. Will return, thank you so much for a enjoyable stay.

The room was spotless. The staff were extremely friendly. Nice and quiet room. I did ask you for a refund for the last night and you said you would call the hotel and ask me to wait on the line, after 30 min. approx we were disconnected. I spoke with the desk and they told me you called and they would refund the last night. I don't have that refund on my card.

It was a nice for 1 overnight stay for me. Room was clean, staff was great & accommodating when I required additional supplies. Also made sure I had a ground level suite due to disability. They even allowed an early check in (I arrived by bus fr another city). My deposit was returned immediately, maybe b4 I even left the building ~ lol.
