The customer service was helpful and very pleaseant. The room was very orderly for what we needed. The only downside was no elevator and we had heavy luggage to carry up the stairs.

I had a good stay here. Nothing fancy but has everything you need and facilities were clean. Friendly staff, quick and easy check-in and check-out. My only complaints: - the parking lot is very tiny and hard to navigate if you are driving a larger vehicle. - I didn’t realize the location was such an industrial park when I did the booking, so there is nothing around and you need to drive or walk 25 minutes to get to anything that feels like you’re in the city. Overall it was a perfectly fine place to stay! And I would say that the downside of the location is reflected in the price, so it made for an affordable trip to Victoria by being a little on the outskirts.
