Solid experience, it’s not the fairmont, but great location, kind and helpful staff, and a nice bed to rest for a night. For the price it can’t be beat.

Nice high ceilings and good linen bedding.. however the bathroom had no sink..and "kitchen sink" was not meant for washing face..only a tiny make-up mirror with no inadequate lighting..badly designed and not useful. And SO NOISY... DJ in the hotel with music so loud the floor shook untill 2am.

It is a great location within walking distance of many attractions and one block away from bus connections. The hotel is very old and could use some minimal updates in room to add to the uniqueness of this hotel. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

“I would like to begin by commending the staff, particularly the Filipino receptionist, who was polite, kind, and attentive to our needs. Their exceptional service was truly appreciated. However, I was disappointed with the deluxe room I booked. While the photos presented a beautiful space, the actual experience did not meet my expectations. I anticipated a more refined and comfortable ambiance. Additionally, the arrangement of the bed in relation to the bathroom was inconvenient and did not provide the level of comfort I had hoped for. On a positive note, the hotel’s location is excellent, as it is conveniently close to tourist attractions and shopping malls.

Pros: beautiful building and location. Lots of character. Friendly and helpful staff. Room and building very clean and secure. Cons: screaming toilet pipes when flushed, odd layout with very old fixtures (ie old lamp wiring and sockets almost pulled out of wall). A stovetop/burner but no dishes, only one sitting chair, no closet or hooks to hang clothes. Very uncomfortable bed. No recycling bin (most hotels have these now). No luggage rack. If some of these little things were remedied I would love to stay there again! There is definitely potential to be amazing.
