Great experience!
Starting from the reception to the housekeeping staff, they all were very friendly and absolutely helpful. We stayed as a family for few days and can’t complain about our amazing stay at this hotel. Great location middle of Downtown, accessible to great coffee shops.

The bathroom set up and the fan/light being the same switch was pretty annoying. The fan/heat was quite loud. Mattresses and pillows were ok but the bedding and having to book a room tidy 24 hours in advance was annoying. The bedding comes apart and it’s a whole mess quickly. For the price it was fine. Wish the coffee machine by the elevator operated before 12pm… like 6am when you really want a coffee.

Overall the place was amazing. The only bad part about the place is that it was right next door to a nightclub and the walls were so thin, it sounded like the club was in the room with us. There were ear plugs but it did not help when we were just trying to relax in the evening after a long day of exploring.
