Perfect location

We loved our stay perfect location for exploring downtown Victoria, staff were friendly and accommodating the view from our deck was amazing loved watching the water taxis and gloat planes coming and going and the complimentary shuttle was a bonus would definitely stay there again

Nice Views

We loved our view of the western harbour and of the cruise ships. The room was quite comfortable. We would have preferred a couch/love seat over the two arm chairs. Also, the room is set up with the desk right under the TV. The placement is awkward as two people can't do work and the other watch TV at the same time.

It was a beautiful room, we will definitely stay there again. The only hiccup was a missing hair dryer in the room- staff did bring one up but it took almost 20 minutes and put us behind schedule. There was maintenance being done on both elevators by the morning for a few hours. We walked down 8 flights with the dog & luggage. We did love the pet room on a higher floor with a view and the building amenities. We will stay again

I needed a hotel for the night rather quickly. i didnt expect to get much at last notice, but they were quick and the room was AMAZING. the view, the balcony and its been a while sonce ive seen robes in hotels. oh and the tub was deep enough to soak in. the bed was amazingly comfortable. i had a better sleep than i have in a long time. 10/10 would recommend.
