For us it was a total revelation.We stay in Victoria several times every year even though the cost is becoming prohibitive. We have stayed in many of the larger and better known properties but the pool area, the bright lobby , the friendly staff and the great restaurant and lounge areas made our stay most enjoyable and we even invited friends over for a great breakfast on the day we left. And I must mention the great parking lot. Thank you for what we consider a 5 star stay!! Greg Peppler

Great location and value. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Free parking. Good outdoor pool area. Bathroom was small and no AC. It was hot when we stayed, but they provided a couple of fans.

The front desk personnels are 2 in the middle of busy weekends but they are not prepared to provide quick assistance. The valet attendants are not courteous so we decided to use the public parking. The elevator was slow

I have trouble with stairs because of medical problems. The only way to enter this facility is up a flight of stairs through the restaurant or to walk around a park to the lobby entrance of the hotel. That entrance is where the parking lot is which is fine if you arrive by car. I arrived as a walk on passenger on the Coho. I chose this hotel because it is a short walk across the street. But your entrance issue negates that convenience. I shouldn't need to take an Uber to go around the block to get into the hotel. What about people with walkers and wheelchairs? How do they get in? I saw a Dad carry his stroller up the stairs. Because this hotel is older I imagine this can't be fixed. Given that, it should be put in the literature that the entrance is a problem for people with mobility issues. And add to it that the bathroom has a step up and is hazardous no matter how big the warning sign is on that step.
