The lady in frontdesk was so approachable, accommodating, and she has a warm welcome. There was a problem in our reservation and she was able to resolve the situation. She did above and beyond. Kudos to this lady named karen and she is an asset to the hotel.

This was a wonderful stay. We were close to parliament and the down town core so we were able to walk around to see the sights and at the price point we were very happy.

Staff was welcoming on entry, the room was clean and well kept with a nice view. Parking was tight though and not a fun experience. That aside, all round an enjoyable stay!

What I enjoyed best about this property, is that when I had a an issue on my own about not being able to sleep due to some pain I was experiencing, Lynn, the staff member I spoke to at next morning front desk, made it crystal clear to me that "The Days In by Wyndham Victoria Harbour" location was in the hospitality industry, and it is their honour to help support their clients when needed. Lynn offered and made it possible to enjoy another night in the hotel, and although I could not fall asleep due to my pain, I was able to have a very restful night that made a huge difference in my trip to Victoria. Thank you goes out to this woman and the Days Inn for giving me that opportunity. The only other comment I would have is that both the dining room, and the pub lighting were much too dark. I had to use the flashlight on my phone to see the menu. I found what I would enjoy, and both my husband and myself enjoyed the meal and the efficiency of the kitchen and serving staff. We would most certainly stay there again.

Step right off the ferry from Port Angeles and it's right there. Clean, cooking options in ur room, and a bar and diner in lobby. Pool is outdoor so it was closed when we went, only downside.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in had virtually no bathroom counter space, a toilet so low it felt like it was made for children and the water pressure was horrible. The bathroom renovations were very unprofessional.

It was a little noisy due to the construction. Bathroom was quite small and the shower head gave little water pressure. This was budget friendly for us and would stay here again but not near the elevators.

The posted time for the hot tub was 10am to 10pm. Despite this, people were using the facility before and after the allowed times. This would have been okay with us, except the people in the hot tub were very loud and this was disruptive. The property is in a minor afar fo disrepair - the bathroom especially needs some maintenance. Ie. Loose tiiles, broken shower curtain. We also found a silverfish in our clothing the first morning. Giving this hotel three stars feels very generous.
