Highly recommend!!!

Amazing stay. The views were beyond beautiful. So sad we only stayed 1 night and didn't have enough time to really enjoy the view. The pool looks great as well and I was sad we got back from exploring places too late we couldn't have our daughter enjoy playing in the pool. Room was pretty clean and spacious. Fridge and microwave were provided, that was great as we had our daughter with us for milk and food warming as needed. Another interesting point I haven't seen at any other hotels/resorts was Delta hotel provided the specific staff member who took care of the room so you can provide gratitude as needed and it goes 100% to the staff member :) Custom service was great. Quick check in and out. Plus point is there were electric vehicle charging stations available right before the parking structure so it was very convenient for us with an electric vehicle. Starbucks shop located at the lobby so that also was a plus point. Highly recommend this hotel as we'll definitely be back staying here.

Hotel staff were mean to my family and myself. Charged unreasonable fees without proper explanation. When asked what the fees were being charged for, front desk staff immediately went red and start yelling at us. Will never ever return

My wife and I come there every few years to celebrate our anniversary. The view of the harbor, Empress, and Parliament buildings is unparalleled. The new walking path to downtown is very nice and provides a good work out to complement the nice vegan food options in the restaurant at Ocean Pointe. The exercise room is very nice. Hot tub is good, maybe a bit noisy from kids in the pool but thats part of being at a public resort.

We loved the view of the waterfront! The location was perfect and it was easy to walk to downtown or along the water. Our room was lovely and the food at the restaurant was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful!

Great place. Helpful staff, great service, and excelled cleaning services. But don't trust the Ocean View room. It's a bad harbour view instead. I paid extra for nothing. Plus the food in the restaurant is sub par. It takes a very long time to prepare and yet is still undercooked. Finally, thier tennis courts are in terrible condition and require a lot of maintenance.
