Great location!

The location aas perfect--immediately across the street from Parliament and a few minutes walk from shopping, food, Royal BC Museum, and even the Fisherman's Wharf. The staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was hearty but not fancy. Always included eggs, potatoes, meat, baked goods, fruits, yogurt, waffles. The rooms were slightly dated and the elevators were not always reliable. Overall a good stay

Great location close to downtown. Very clean. Nice breakfast with a great deal of choice. Room was a bit small but it had a small well equipped kitchenette. We were disappointed in staff who were not very friendly or accommodating. We asked for an early checkin due to a meeting we had to attend and they were not willing to bend even for a half hour. We felt that was unreasonable. Also, rather than welcome us and suggest we make ourselves comfortable in their lounge,. staff member just said sorry you have to wait until 3:30.
