Big things like price, location and cleanliness count of course but little things count too for me....I appreciated having 6 hangars in closet instead of 3. Bar soap instead of liquid. Carpet (clean and vacuumed and not stained) instead of hard floors. Included breakfast bar had slight menu change each day so as not to be monotonous. Desk staff was pleasant but not that efficient. But overall, I'd stay here again in a flash.

The staff go above and beyond what you would expect. I had parked my rental vehicle in lot and was hit by a cab. They called me to get me to come down to lobby and asked the other driver to stay till I could meet him. Everything worked out and documents exchanged. Stayed here numerous times, super clean, and close to everything. Breakfast is great.

Clean room, spacious, wonderful location. Our one bedroom has three balconies! Never ever had such luxury. Awesome accommodation. Hopefully, Breakfast will be good tomorrow!

The sheets are rather loud when turning around in the middle of the night. Perhaps consider using something softer and quieter. Breakfast was outstanding 3 days in the row. Staff was amazing.

The hotel has a convenient location near the city center. The room was clean but a bit old and needs upgrades. One downside is that the front of the hotel is where horses pass by, so the smell is very strong, and guests need to walk past the area where the horses stand. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was simple and not very diverse. Overall, the price is reasonable, but improvements are needed.

Great location, easy to walk to all attractions. We were upgraded to a suite which was a very happy surprise. Great buffet breakfast in the morning, and I've never seen such friendly & helpful staff. It was nice to have a balcony off both the living room and the bedroom. The suite was perfect, and very clean.

The door for the washrooms at rooms 409 and 410 are not wide enough for a wheelchair. Luckily, Room 404’s washroom can swing the door a bit open and barely the wheelchair can get in. There is not enough bar handles to grab for the person to transfer from wheelchair and sit in the toilet seat. Some technical additions Embassy Inn should consider looking into. Thanks.

It is a good hotel close to everything downtown. Great breakfast and open until 10:30 am which is great for those late risers. Would have loved to have it have a pool. Also the balcony is kind of small with no chairs on it to enjoy the fresh air.
