The room was clean, staff were friendly. I really appreciated the voucher for breakfast at Grand Pacific when their dining area was closed for renovations. Pillows were a bit too spongy for me. I do wish they gave a bottle of water in the room as a welcome.

A real spectacular central location to walk downtown, walk the perimeter of James Bay, or to explore Beacon Hill, the Museum or the Parliament Buildings.

There was a power outage the day we were leaving. No phone to lobby. Both of us 80 years old. No elevator, had to carry luggage 3 stories down. No one offered to help us. No breakfast. I think in these circumstances they should have a least waived our parking fee.
