Pretty darn good, but

Very clean, well taken care of premises. Decent selection for breakfast! Soooo quiet, even though the hotel had a marching band and two sports teams staying the same weekend. Didn't hear a thing! VERY COLD TEMPERATURE IN THE BREAKFAST ROOM AND HALLWAYS!

I liked the room it was nice was disappointed that Expedia advertises it has a pool and hot tub but they are not open. The stairwells were not very clean spilled drinks and splashes on the walls etc. breakfast was good and the sitting area nice. They had a hard time keeping up with the food at times. Enjoyable location about 15 -20 mins to any where I wanted to go so seemed good. Could walk to lots of other amenities.

Noone at the front desk when we arrived so waited 10 minutes. Pool currently closed. Breakfast was delicious but not enough seating. Room adequate. Annoying light behind bed flashed all night long.

I would come back

The staff was helpful. The check in and check out were good. The breakfast options were good and staff friendly. Parking at street level is scant but that is a concern as my spouse is disabled and there was only 1 Disabled parking spot. I did not ask for an accessible room because the info indicated that the room was okay and it was. It would be interesting to know if there were rooms with automatic door openers as the doors are heavy and unwieldy to open when pushing a wheelchair in if I had noted that we have a wheelchair. Clean and comfortable.
