This is a beautiful hotel that is close to everything in downtown victoria. We were able to walk pretty much everywhere very easily. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Would definitly stay here again

The hotel and room were very comfortable and spacious. Dining options were convenient but felt the menu options were limited. Pool area and amenities are very good. My personal preference would be a walk in shower over a bath tub.

Lots of tiny issues with the room. No heat. No access to a floor fan. No heater or fan in bathroom. Amenities (shampoo, conditioner, etc) might have been old, but in any case, it was impossible to squeeze or shake the stuff out of them. I had to try to dilute the contents and get it out that way. Don't like Keurigs -- they are bad for the environment.
