Very bad service No tissue in the room and Called the front desk and waited for half an hour but no tissue was sent to the room ！ when I took a shower I found that there was no shower gel also…Really bad service Even the most basic service could not be done especially the front desk staff, a male manager, had a very bad attitude Reacted to the situation with him and he used the environmental reasons to explain everything that happened... attitude was very arrogant very Disappointing.

The location is amazing. A grand old hotel. We had a lot of luggage and the porter assisted us across the road to the FRS Clipper Ferry check-in. Very helpful

The staff made me feel genuinely welcomed and valued throughout my stay. The location is unbeatable—right on Victoria’s beautiful Inner Harbour, with stunning waterfront views and easy walking access to all the key attractions like the Parliament Buildings and the Royal BC Museum. My room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a private balcony overlooking the harbor—absolutely breathtaking! One of my favorite parts was the hotel’s pool and wellness area—clean, relaxing, and well-equipped. I also enjoyed the on-site dining; the food was delicious and the atmosphere was peaceful and elegant. Whether you’re traveling for business or pleasure, I highly recommend Hotel Grand Pacific. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, class, and West Coast charm. I’ll definitely be coming back!
