Wonderful

We stayed here for the waterslide for our kiddo only to find out it was closed the day we checked in, it was open the next morning thankfully. Loved the decor, and the room was cute. The rooms however are not soundproofed well, and traffic was loud all night, as well as doors closing hard and what sounded like people falling down the stairs (so much so hubby ran out to see what happened at one point) If youre looking for peace and quiet this is probably not it, but hits the mark for fun.
Great little hotel. Very family friendly and outstanding staff. Not a lot of walkable options for dinner but thats expected for the location. The price, amenities and staff make up for this.
I highly recommend staying at Hotel Zed. Right from check-in to check-out, I've had an extremely smooth experience. The staff is extremely friend, the rooms are impeccable. I had everything I needed for my short stay. If I'm ever back in Victoria, I will definitely stay here again.
New reno now with a cool 70s vibe. Rooms were spotless w new amenities. Even get a French press for coffee and are provided your own freshly ground coffee. Kids love the pool and the grandmas basement w pool table and turntable. Only thing I would say negative is the property and area is a bit noisy. Staff are friendly and helpful!
It was such an awesome experience from check-in to check-out! The staff was so friendly, the pool and waterslide were fun for the kids and we had a great time taking the bikes out.
No complaints. My family had a great time at Hotel Zed. The deep pool and fun water slide kept us entertained for hours. Hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. French press coffee for the morning was delightful. Would love to stay again
Unique stay but was very pleasantly surprised with how spacious and clean the rooms were. On main bus routes but lots of parking at the hotel if you had a car.
The room (Sweet Suite) was well-suited for our family of five. The decor was old-school fun and the room was tidy and clean. Kids loved the pool and water slide. The fire table in the common area was a nice touch. Only downside was no elevator for luggage (and we just happened to have back issues at the time), so lugging everything up the stairs wasn’t fun. It was not too lengthy of a walk up though. Overall, we liked it and we’d return!
