Room was small but clean and had everything needed. Don't know why there's no fan in the bathroom in a high humidity area like Sooke. Staff were great, restaurant was adequate.

First, the positives: the property is stunning, the rooms are clean, and your front-desk staff were incredibly helpful. We also thoroughly enjoyed the pool facilities. ​However, we felt the dining experience didn't quite live up to the rest of the hotel’s high standards. The food quality was inconsistent—specifically the prawn appetizer and the salmon dish—and the kids' menu didn't quite land with our eight-year-old, but she can be picky so take what you will from that. Additionally, we ordered room service for the experience, but the trays remained in the hallway until we called to request their removal late that evening and it was very costly. We did enjoy the bacon and eggs though. ​Lastly, I was disappointed to miss out on a prenatal massage as the spa was fully booked. I would suggest booking ahead of time. ​We enjoyed the beauty of the resort, but feel that a few adjustments in the food area would truly elevate the guest experience.

Children yelling for 2-2.5 hours in the pool. My room was across from there, my balcony door was closed and I could hear them clearly. I had to turn my tv up. I was also laying down with a head ache. Also my room had garbage left on the floor, which wasn’t mine.

Our room was perfect. Clean, quiet and nice view. Too bad we couldn’t sit and relax on deck chairs on balcony due to raining though. We’d love to stay exactly same room in the future. I think there was a some group function on the same weekend. Restaurant was fully booked and I saw lady who helped check-in at front desk, she was working in restaurant as well. Everyone was professional and friendly, I see them all hard working! Thank you so much for wonderful stay. We will be back.

The room was very clean. Lovely decor! Massive tub! lots of ammenities! My husband loved the pool and hot tub! The restaurant was lovely and the food wonderful! Great service. Dinner was amazing. and the breakfast coffee yummy! Would definitely stay again. Are only complaints: the fan made the bathroom too cold (couldn't shut it off), but no fan in the WC. And the lighting was very dim at night; like really dim. Hence the 4 star instead of 5. Otherwise an awesome stay.
