This hotel was perfect for our stay downtown. I was surprised at how easy the parking was. They don't oversell the parking garage so there was always a spot. The hotel was clean and the staff was super friendly. The elevator was super slow but that can't be fixed. The rooms were a tad stuffy, and the windows opened but made it noisy. On check out I discovered a fan though so I should have checked earlier. The pool is ok, but could definitely use some chairs around it for parents.

Location and a pool

Friendly, welcoming and a smooth check in. With a bonus of a pool for the kids it was excellent. Walkable to the Inner Harbour for the little legs as well.

Easy to get to and right near downtown. Minutes to drive to the area I needed but could have walked if I wanted to as well. Staff was so nice and even walked me outside to show me how to get in parkade, he was so kind and great to talk too

For the money and given the location I see it working as a last ditch option. Hot water was variable. Checkin was creepy and rude. Accessibility is problematic. Bed was comfy and location is great. I think there are better options however.

Great little hotel

I booked the quality inn to spend my daughter and i’s birthdays and have some time together 😊I have stayed at this hotel on quite a few occasion I love how central it is to everything Victoria has to offer , I also love how reasonable the parking is and they even allowed us to leave the car at no extra cost so we could go for breakfast after check out for a little longer . Our check in /our was superbly handled by the service agent Marshall who was so attentive and friendly and efficient.I would definately stay here again 😊

True View from an islander

It was a perfect stop over hotel. I was quite comfortable temperature wise, the bed was comfortable the pillows were comfortable. i liked that we had a huge fridge. the only downfall was when parking the key needs to be tapped to open the gate btu it's on the passenger side to tap which means u need to pull up to the gate hop out run to other side tap card run back and ur car is sticking half way on the road - a busy road - the elevators are extremely slow sometimes missing your floor a few times before stopping but it was quiet and nothing over the top just a perfect place to stop if u had to visit victoria for a medical apt, shopping, a weekend, a concert it was quite convenient. The staff was also amazing.

it didn’t look very clean. wasn’t sure if my pillows were actually fresh. found a toenail on the floor by my window in the room. pubic hair in the washroom by the bath so i didn’t take a shower but waited tell u got home. the pool looked unkept and the tiles old and nasty. decided not to swim. bed was really old and sagging. towels look old. wouldn’t stay again.
