Book elsewhere!

The Quality Inn is an old hotel that has had no upgrades. The towels are very small and old, not nice to dry off on. The facecloths are the same - old and feel like sandpaper. As for the bedding, these sheets have been used for way too many years and are not good quality. They are rough and full of pills (balling that is not comfy at all). Maybe other rooms had better bedding but I doubt it. There is no AC and they do not have extra fans. I had requested a tea kettle on day one and never got one. I’m a tea drinker so the water needs to boil to make good tea. I would suggest only booking this hotel if there is nothing else available. The good thing is, it’s a good location for walking around.

Location was OK for getting around downtown. Room for with kitchenette had totally inadequate supplies for 4 people unless at least one neither ate or drank. No dining at all. Pool small and very gloomy with no where for parents to sit comfortably to watch kids. Room clean but pretty run down. Charging $15 extra for parking was egregious and having to constantly ask for room supplies or cleaning is unacceptable.

Nice stay. Impressed by cleanliness & friendly/ hard working staff. Comfortable beds. Shower always hot. Minimal noise despite transient population nearby. Good wifi. Very close to all amenities. Coffee & water in lobby always fresh & available. Only difficulty was finding parking in an overly full lot meant for small cars. Had to park on street to check-in as well. Would still recommend for those on a budget.

The rooms are outdated with linens and towels very old and worn. This hotel has central air and even with two electric fans, the room temperature was 25-27C! It is colder outside! Not worth the price paid. Had I known there is no aircon I would have paid extra and booked the neighbouring hotel. Very bad experience and ruined our vacation.
