Not my favorite stay. The sofa bed is not really a bed and is uncomfortable. The actual bed was very uncomfortable. There isn’t air conditioning in the living room area where the sofa “bed” is so it gets stuffy and hot. The first night we had ants in our kitchen. The bathroom was tiny. There aren’t really any hang out spots in the hotel. The staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be. I don’t think we would stay here again.

Loved our suite and was good value for money. Did not like the sofa bed, unusual and had to remake it both nights ourselves to be able to use the sofa. TV difficult to use at times but we did manage. On the whole very good. Have stayed many times over the years and always come back when we come to Victoria, if we can. Chinese food very good upstairs.
