I liked my cozy little room and kitchenette. Noise from the floor above was a bit of an issue, at times. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Wish there wasnt a smoking area by front door that one had to walk by. Good value for money. Easy walk to nearby mall. I would book this hotel again.

Really like having a kitchenette with stove top, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker. The location is great, just a few minute walk to the Uptown Mall with all sorts of dining options and shopping. The free parking was a bonus.

Clean and quiet. Kitchenette was great (equiped with hot plate, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, and microwave as well as dishes, etc). Room was very well laid out to maximize comfort and space.

The walls are paper thin, so we could hear the nieghbours talking and we could hear any conversations that were taking place in the hallways. Otherwise, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff was friendly and accommodating and the price was reasonable.

Had a 1 bedroom suite with a full kitchen which was great for a week stay. Staff are lovely and helpful, cleaning staff do an excellent job daily. Comfortable room, good mattress and pull out sofa, full size fridge and stove, and lots of space to move around. All the facilities are really clean, and very inexpensive guest laundry and vending machines. Really appreciated that part as hotels usually overcharge on those 2 extras. Convenient to getting around Victoria while avoiding finding parking downtown. Still close enough to downtown without the steep nightly cost. Will def stay again and recommend. Great value for the price

The property was clean but the rooms are very loud. The walls are very thin and the doors don’t have great seals so outside noise comes right in too.
