I was very disappointed. I trusted the photos and previous reviews but the room or the hotel were not like the photos at all. The room was very small, it was hard to my husband and I fit there. The washroom needs an urgent renovation. As matter of fact the entire hotel needs a renovation. The free rental E-bikes was a good relief.

Spacious rooms, with fridge and TV, comfortable beds and pillows. Rooms were clean.laundromat in the hotel. The rooms are due for some refresh, very old. Carpet, curtains, furniture - all looks very old and used: however, still well maintained.

Somewhat run-down old motel that feels half-way through renovations. Shiny new bathroom, older furniture, vague smell of old smoke. Staff were great. E-bikes looked nice but we weren’t able to get a slot to use them. Breakfast was just toast and yogurt, but good coffee. All in all a decent spot for our family visiting Victoria.

Not a lot of "likes" for this property. The lights in the room were not working properly. There was a sign asking us to stop other power appliances when using the A/C unit. Breakfast was very limited with just croissants as warm food. And they ran out pretty fast, had to wait for new ones to be cooked.

So so should’ve stayed elsewhere

The front desk was very helpful & friendly. Great dinner recommendation- Finn’s on Wharf St. Not a good value in comparison to other hotels. Wouldn’t stay again. Bed was squeaky. Breakfast only carbs. No eggs or breakfast meat for protein. Not good for diabetics.

Not pretending to be something it isn’t. And for what it is it’s pretty much all around top notch. The reno folks get extra points for having dimmable lights in the washroom. Even the most bougie places often fail to provide this simple feature. It can vastly improve the hotel room experience.
