Received information for access when booked then updated the day before so very easy to find where to park and gain access to suite. A bit confusing as to where in the building the suite was located. Unit was spacious, clean and comfortable. The twins beds instead of the usual extra double bed or pull out couch was really nice. I would suggest having some sort of night stand end table in between them for convenience at night. There were no USB plugs and limited places to plug in electronics/phones. Nice residential neighborhood but this also made it far from any conveniences such as coffee shops and restaurants so it would depend on your preferences here. Close to Royal Roads University which was our destination/ reason for our stay so overall met our expectations

The area is nice and parking is great. The sound protection inside is awful, though. Can hear clearly through the walls, traffic outside, etc. Our door was finicky, one of the door handles inside was installed upside down, the mattress felt worn in and squeaky, and other little things that felt like cheap corners. Overall, it serves its purpose and was a great location for us. All staff were incredibly kind and warm.

Our suite was huge! Loved the kitchen and couch. WiFi kept cutting out, very annoying and the street noise was pretty loud. The king size bed was a great size but somehow lumpy and the pillows were way too puffy. Would stay again if the price was right.

Nice quiet suites with laundry. Also not badly priced for area. Only real issues were the low water pressure in the shower and the toilet needed some frequent fixing; we had to lift the lid multiple times to fix the flushing mechanism. Thankfully it was something we could do on our own without calling for assistance.

The room was comfortable and clean except the floor...it looked clean but the bottom of my feet were black after walking barefoot. Overall, it was great and I would come back for another stay.

Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom full apartment was in like new condition, clean and comfortable. Good location, and easy 20 mins into Victoria, 30 mins from the airport and just over an hour to Nanaimo. The staff were nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.
