Victoria stay
Victoria is a great little city. Tons of restaurants and shops and its right on the water. This hotel has a couple of bars/restaurants and a liquor store attached to it so you don't need to go far for something to eat/drink. Has all the usual hotel amenities and staff is very friendly

Great location and spacious rooms
Great location walkabale to many areas in Victoria and short walk to the ferry. The king suite room was spacious with a fully separate bedroom plus pull out sofa. The hotel bar was a great spot for a drink when everything else closed down, loved the live music there too. The rooftop bar was very meh both menu and view and vibe wise but everything else was great. Would definitely stay again.

Well kept. Great location relative to attractions and food. Nice funish work,such as crown molding. AC. Minor issues, such as a person urinating on the side of the building when we arrived, and a mouse ran under the table while we were eating at the Sticky Wicket next door.

Hotel is clean and in a great location. If you are looking for a quiet stay I would avoid here. The music and crowds from downstairs can be loud and distracting. But the room is spacious and comfortable.

Great location and very good room. The hotel is quite compact but it didn’t detract from our stay. The hotel is a block or so from the harbour. There are two busy pubs under the hotel which can apparently be a little lively but we didn’t hear a peep from either of them inside or outside the hotel. We stayed in one room with 5 people and the two queens and double sofa bed suited us fine. Recommended.

Our room was refurbished, comfortable, clean, but very small. Only had a tiny window facing the back of the rooftop patio storage. No view. But even though we were above the nightclub noise level was tolerable. Parking is close by, the location is pretty central. Very good for a short stay.

Great location but very noisey
We enjoyed our stay immensely. On arrival we were offered a paid upgrade to a suite, which proved to be well worth the money. The accommodation was spacious, clean and the bed very comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is in an excellent location for enjoying Victoria and its sights, amenities, bars and restaurants. My only caveat on the accommodation is the noise from the road and from the bars and night club within what is essentially an entertainment complex. The nose was particularly bad on Friday night due to the night club, exiting and entering the hotel required stepping over homeless people and a queue of people going into the night club. This probably isn’t a situation I’d feel comfortable with children, as a couple we were a little anxious. On Saturday and Sunday there is a roof top bar which plays music to the wee hours…. The hotel houses a blues club on a Sunday afternoon which was very enjoyable and the food from the “pub” the Sticky Wicket was good value and great. If you can cope with the noise the hotel is great value, I wouldn’t book it if you have a young family.

Very clean - amazing service!
Really phenomenal service . An excellent perk for our anniversary we received a coupon for a dinner at one of the restaurants attached. We also received an upgraded room to a higher floor . Rooms are renovated and very clean!! Wish the towels were softer (only complaint) they were like gym thin scratchy ones , but honestly was excellent.
