My stay at the Fairmount Empress Hotel was absolutely outstanding! The staff was kind they went out of their way for everything. I had high tea with my best friend, and we were overwhelmed at the beauty and excellence of their high tea. The staff that greeted us there were very friendly and helpful. Our waiter could’ve been a little bit more so on the whole, I would give it a 10+ and then some our room was beautiful. The view was excellent and I have priority status so everything about that hotel was magnificent.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Empress Hotel the beginning of June in one of their gold rooms. If you ever get the chance to stay there, I highly recommend upgrading to the gold rooms if you can. The access to the Lounge for breakfast and appetizers is so worth it. The staff is amazing and the room was very nice, we were lucky to get a view of the harbour so it was beautiful to wake up to every morning. Everything is close by and within walking distance so we really enjoyed our stay at the Empress in Victoria BC.
