The Night Auditor, Valentine, was friendly, honest, welcoming and professional. He was the only staff member we interacted with, and based on this interaction, I give you a 12 out of 10. The room, while spacious, had a lingering smell of dog, and I ended up with dog hair on my clothes and socks; even though I don’t own one; this was absolutely disgusting and made us feel uncomfortable to the level that we decided not to have breakfast at the hotel…feeling disgusted. Seems the hotel tries hard to be a “boutique” property, and certainly misses the mark as the details, while small, lack of the attention required to make it shine. Sofabed was better than average. Room cleanliness has to be priority over “nice” amenities. Location is fantastic, in a quiet enclave just steps from the hustle and bustle of downtown Vic. Will I stay here again? Most likely not, unless they can guarantee a dog-free room and better cleanliness.

We had a really good experience, our first time, in January so we came back in March with my wife’s father, who was visiting from El Salvador. We all had a great stay and he can’t wait to come back when he visits us again. Definitely our new go to when we visit the island

I love this hotel. Great location. Beautiful rooms. It’s got a small more intimate feeling because it’s a boutique hotel. And some nights have lovely music in the lounge. It’s my new favourite hotel in Victoria. Also easy underground, parking and electric car charging.

Excellent location, easy walking distance to major attractions and located on a quiet street. The hotel staffs are very friendly. Hotel is modern and clean. Only thing I find is the mattress is too soft otherwise everything is great.

Hotel is conveniently located. Short walk from restaurants, coffee and shopping. Also close to marina and tourist attractions. Rooms are spacious. Our room had a small, but very functional kitchen area, with all the essentials. Bathroom had a free standing tub and a shower, with good counter space. Would stay here again.
