I didn't like the fact that the toilet was not good to flash. When i called the reception the gentleman was on coming to see what ot was but said that no one could fix it and had to move us. We were in pjs and had all our staff ready and out of the bags things in the mini fridge. All out bathroom things already arranged. I mean we were laying down ready to sleep. And we had to pack again and move to the other room. That was after 9pm. In yhe morning the check out was awesome and the people was just so amazing but that little detail the night before killed it!!!

I liked that many little extras were thought of, like a night light, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. However, a kettle a spare blanket were missing. Also, the back door lock was faulty. It was very difficult to get it to lock properly, to secure our room.
