We found the suite spacious, up-to-date, and impeccably clean. The staff was cordial, and the location can’t be beat with nearby dining, shopping, hiking, and scenery. It’s a terrific place to stay!

Get Off My Lawn! (Old man shouts at cloud)

Be careful of booking the ‘City View’ rooms. There is a late-night pizza joint directly across the street from the hotel that attracts noise after the clubs get out. Staff were very friendly.

That was my second time staying at this hotel. very clean and stunning views. friendly and very helpful staff. The bed was very comfy. i would like if they add hair dryer.

Located on the waterfront. Very good location. Tons of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Very expensive for the tiny King room we got. But location explained the cost. And cheap compared to other rooms there

Over priced for quality hotel stay

Hotel was a great location. Suite was huge. No ironing hoard or iron which seemed very stranger for a large hotel. Pillows were extremely uncomfortable too big. Tea kettle this am inside filter disintegrated. No bottles of water in room or given at desk upon check in. Guy who was on from 4:00 on was extremely rude. Upon check in he made us feel guilty for not checking in at 4pm but rather later because we were enjoying the island. I later went back down to ask for tea bags and he said “you have a suite you have some in there” I said well sorry didn’t open every cupboard. He got up annoyed and came back with one tea bag and coffee packet. Didn’t dare ask for water. No breakfast served there, No coffee or tea service in lobby like most places after hours. I mentioned something about the incident last night to the the lady on duty this am and she didn’t even flinch or say I’m sorry on behalf of the hotel. For over 500/night you would expect a lot more from the hotel. No pool, no air Conditioning!
