Really enjoyed our stay at the Victoria Regent Beautiful waterfront views and they made a reservation at a restaurant that we could walk to for us. Our suite was nice and spacious They called us after we made reservations to ask if we had any questions and then again after we were settled in our suite to make sure everything was to our liking Excellent Customer Service and friendly staff

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. It’s an excellent location for restaurants and the harbour and shopping. We particularly liked that there were real glasses and China cups along with napkins and cutlery rather than the paper and plastic that so many other hotels use.

Large rooms that included a full kitchen, living space and patio overlooking the harbor. The beds were more than comfortable, and everything was spotless! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. This hotel is also close to the Empress and many shops that are part of charming Victoria. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. We truly appreciated the complimentary upgrade, which made the experience even more special. Our suite overlooked the waterfront, offering stunning views that made the stay truly memorable. The hotel offers convenient laundry services, and its central location meant everything we needed, restaurants, shops, and attractions was just a short walk away. Fantastic location very close to the seaplane base and Harbour area. The property has obviously been remodeled and apparently some rooms have air conditioning and some do not. We booked a standard room with air but got a suite without air. It was warm until the sun went down and then it was ok. The suite was huge and had great views
