The hotel was good and the staff were helpful. We had internet problems that were partially solved (still slow). Be careful with mini splits A/C. They blow cold air right in your face and the controls on them do not work well.

We had a lovely two-night stay at this serviced apartment. The location was excellent, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and exploring Barcelona, with many of the city’s attractions easily accessible. Communication with the host was also first-class, with quick and helpful responses throughout our stay. The parking facilities were another real bonus, especially when travelling with a family. Our only slight criticism would be that the family room felt a little small, particularly as our two children had to sleep on the sofa beds. Overall, though, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it for its fantastic location and convenience.

Great location, easy to walk or utilize the public transportation

The LaMaro is in a great location right by the Cathedral. From the moment we arrived, the staff was wonderful. Assisting with our luggage, helping us get into our room earlier due to an afternoon tour we had booked and overall always asking how everything was going. Our room was a really nice size with a very spacious bathroom and shower. Our room and the common areas of hotel were very clean. We overlooked the street leading to the Cathedral which we loved but that meant hearing street noise from the tourists, cars, etc. It did not bother us but we also stayed early during the week which meant things tapered down around 11 pm. I can imagine weekends going a bit longer. The breakfast had great variety and we were pleased. The rooftop bar is a great place to hang out for a drink. We will definitely stay here again.

It is a modern hotel with very helpful and pleasant staff. The location is excellent and a short walk away from shopping and site seeing places. The pool is very small and it is really intended for kids or cooling off. It is more like a pond. Overall, highly recommended.

What a wonderful stay! Our family of seven enjoyed the spacious accommodations! The bed were comfortable, the cotton sheets smooth and cool, the fully functional kitchen allowed us to prepare meals, the location was close to shopping and numerous restaurants and tapas cafes, as well as bus and train access
