Nice place but as reception is about a 1/4 of a mile from the accommodation and if arriving by train is quite a walk. You also have to walk back to the main hotel for breakfast. Our room had a broken door lock so could not lock the door ask a coffee machine with no coffee supplied

A Regrettable Stay at Kloster-Remise Vienenburg
My stay at Kloster-Remise in Vienenburg, Goslar, was unfortunately far from pleasant. The moment I arrived, I encountered challenges with the check-in process. I had to call a phone number provided on the back of the hotel on a paper wrote only in German language, which added unnecessary stress to my arrival. After that I had to wait outside for 15-25 minutes until a guy coming with the room keys. To make matters worse, my room was infested with flies, making it uncomfortable and unclean. This significantly affected my ability to rest and enjoy my stay. The lack of cleanliness and pest control was truly disappointing. I regret to say that my experience at Kloster-Remise was one of the low points of my trip, and I would not recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.

Der var ikke gjort ordentlig rent på badeværelse, tandkrus var nusset, støv på spejl. Der var en kaffemaskine på vær. men ingen krus eller kaffekapsler😢

Wir waren zu einer Hochzeit eingeladen und würden freundlicherweise umquatiert,damit wir nicht so einen weiten Weg haben. Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt. Direkt über der Gaststätte. Super Service. Bett war spitze und die Ausstattung okay. Boden knarrt, aber ist dem Alter des Gebäudes entsprechend. Personal ist extrem freundlich und das Essen war super. Ich kann nicht klagen, trotz des Preises. Ambiente ist wunderbar und ich würde jederzeit wieder dort einchecken.

Sehr schönes Zimmer. Von der Ausstattung her sehr gut. Allerdings ging das Zimmer zur Straße raus, also war es teils etwas laut. Ansonsten guter Service und angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Ud over at recervationen var et andet sted var hotellet rigtig findt og med en lille indisk resturant nede under. Da vi kom fik vi en god, hjælpsom folder over steder at se i goslar dog var det ærdeligt at det hele stod på tysk.

Fint som transithotel - men ikke i flere dage.
Fint værelse til prisen. Kaffemaskine virkede ikke optimalt .. hotellet er lidt slidt. Vi manglede et “udeareal “ hvor vi kunne side og nyde en pause. Et lille køleskab havde været skønt.

Mussten am Anreisetag leider 3mal anrufen bis wir endlich Abends nach 20Uhr die Email mit den Check in Info‘s erhalten haben. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt wäre es uns nicht mehr möglich gewesen die Rezeption welche um 22:00 Uhr schließt pünktlich zu erreichen ! Aufgrund dessen waren wir natürlich sehr unsicher ob es überhaupt mit dieser Übernachtung klappt 😟 Es kam von dem Mitarbeiter am Telefon keine Entschuldigung sondern noch eine Diskussion das ist vorher nicht möglich gewesen wäre zu schreiben,schlechter Service !

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an einer Durchfahrtsstraße. Unter den Zimmern ist ein indisches Lokal. Daher war es bis abends auch immer noch etwas laut. Ich hatte ein Zimmer zur Straße hin. Wäre das Zimmer zum Parkplatz hinter dem Haus gewesen, wäre es wahrscheinlich besser gewesen. Während meines Aufenthaltes waren auch noch Handwerker mit Baumaßnahmen beschäftigt, da das Treppenhaus saniert wird. Ich denke mal das daher auch der günstige Übernachtungspreis für diese Zeit zu Stande kam. Das Zimmer an sich war sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Die Möbel waren zwar schon etwas Älter, aber alles war sehr sauber! Für eine Übernachtung vollkommen in Ordnung. Wichtig zu bedenken ist auch, dass die Rezeption bei dem eigentlichen Hotel circa 1 km entfernt ist. Dort muss man sich den Schlüssel abholen. Ich würde dort dennoch aufgrund des günstigen Preises wieder übernachten.
