Capital Plaza Hotel
Hotel is going through renovations which it desperately needs. The staff did not seem to care about guest service or making guest feel welcome. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Attention to detail did not seem important to management.

Best Western Shelbyville Lodge
The hairdryer in our room did not work. When asked for a new one, was taken to 3 different rooms until we found one that worked. The towels were pretty thread bare but the room did appear clean. Would not stay here again with other options available nearby.

Hampton Inn Simpsonville
Very clean facility, friendly staff, great continental breakfast. Not excellent because beds were very uncomfortable and would recommend placement of water machine to refill water bottle (water provided in room, however would prefer a less wasteful option).

This was the worst experience ever.room smelled like bug spray, towels dirty,I’m sure there are bed bugs. We did t stay. Once we saw the room we left and had to get another hotel. I know this was a un refundable room but Hotels .com should refund me and remove this hotel from its listing.
