Lights didn’t work in bathroom, mattress was uncomfortable, shower was so small I could hardly fit in it. Green emergency light in bedroom kept me awake. Pillows needed to be replaced Breakfast was good.

Macdonald Cardrona Hotel, Golf & Spa
Not being able to charge to the room is a real pain and puts me off visiting hotels. Like the last Macdonald hotel chain I stayed at this week week the food selection was minimal but the quality was good.

The staff was ultra polite and caring. He even made sure we have lactose free milk for breakfast on our second morning after we told him that my husband is lactose-intolerant. The rooms were clean.
