It was still being renovated so there was no fridge or microwave in the rooms yet, no ice machines either. Just a communal fridge, microwave and prepackaged ice bags in the freezer. Not a huge issue but I would have preferred those amenities and would have liked to know a head of time if they weren’t going to be available.

Check in took 55 minutes , when asked to speak to a supervisor I was told he/ she was on a break . I was assured they would reach out and I was put on a list with others who were also waiting for the room to be “ inspected “ My wife and I were offered a cookie and asked to wait . Now an hour before checkout I still have not been contacted by the “ supervisor “ The shower drain is plugged so you are standing in 2 inches of soapy water - some inspection!
