Less than friendly welcome at front desk upon arrival- Had to call in maitenence for electrical issues in the room and could hear the guests up above one floor up stomping around. Hair on the bathroom floor. Nice cleaning staff though.

Hotel is very well placed at the edge of the main village. Very large room with good linen and towels. Chilly unless heat on full blast as one window poorly sealed. No net curtains on the second floor room, so interior was very visible unless curtains drawn. Room had complimentary coffee & tea. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful and gave excellent recommendations. Nice though small, warm outdoor pool and hot tub 10am to 10 pm. Pity the pool doesn't open before 10 am. Parking is good but costs extra. No breakfast on the premises but dinner is available at a really, really excellent restaurant across from the front entrance (which seems part of the hotel). Went twice. Prix fixe menu & service was exceptional both times. Recommend trying the Canadian framboise dessert wine. Wonderful

Property was nice and central to the whistler village. Restaurants and shopping were only minutes away and the view around the village was great. However, the parking situation is quite ridiculous. $24 / day to park at my own expensive hotel?

The walls are super thin. First night/morning I heard my neighbors phone vibration (alarm) so loud it woke me up and I had to check multiple times that it wasn’t my alarm going off. Conversations can be heard clearly between rooms and hallway. Additionally the second night there was a false fire alarm that went off. Four times. Found a silverfish running around the bathtub. Will not stay here again.
