Our two week old car was damaged using their valet parking, our details were given and pictures taken, 3 weeks later we are still waiting contact from the Adara manager. We were promised to be contacted next day. Hotel was convenient, customer service appalling.

In the heart of Whistler, so walkable!

Wonderful loft-style room. Right in the heart of Whistler, so walkable to everything. Parking is extra $ and limited, we parked at the Convention centre nearby (for a cheaper rate!). Fresh cookies and cool cucumber water at the front desk everyday. Outdoor pool was lovely!

Beds were very comfortable and microwave, mini-frig and coffee maker were bonuses. A bit noisy at night but location is great! Staff were really helpful and courteous.

Lots of places to eat in the village area. Cookies in the evening at front desk were nice, only found out about them on last night. Nobody mentioned on checkin. Its a young adult type of place, run by same...dont look for much professionalism or customer service. Its a place to sleep only.

The listing said there was onsite parking - which was a strong reason to select this property. It was full and we had to pay for parking a ways away. There was no map of the hotel and it was a little difficult to navigate the area (and the staff was no help even though they didn’t appear busy). The room had a nice little balcony and a cute set up but no TV. The location was very good for the price.

Valet parking only, which is somewhat not convenient and the garage is actually quite close. One-hour early check-in was not available, and one-hour late checkout was available for CAD30. Room was well maintained, although there’s no kitchen in room.

room size is good for kng size bed room. need to take stairs up to village area, not very accessible friendly; only 2 temporary spots for "parking" while checking in, otherwise you need to park at paid stalls. water pressure is bad.
