Fantastic location.really quiet and well maintained. Staff very helpful.Pool and hot-tubs very relaxing. Not busy when we were there, between ski/bike season. Free shuttle to village about 10 minutes away so car stayed safely in gated underground car park. Rooms clean, tidy, well-stocked in kitchen/bathrooms. Very impressed with all facilities.Added bonus was laundry room so everything done for CAD3 for a wash and same for dry. Would recommend as great area to visit, travel up the mountains on gondola or chair-lifts or just wander round the upper/main village.

Super séjour !

Nous sommes venu à Whistler et avions passés 3 nuits dans cet hôtel très charmant. Bien situé, à 2 pas de la piste de ski et du Blackcomb gondola. Il n y avait plus de neige en bas, il fallait prendre le gondola et monter pour en voir, c'était magnifique d'ailleurs. Mais en hiver cela doit être super de pouvoir avoir accès à la piste à partir de l'hôtel. Il y a un bus gratuit qui passe toutes les 30 minutes pour aller au "Upper village" de whistler et à partir de là vous pouvez aller au Village central qui est à 10min a pieds. Les alentours sont très nature, c'est très beau. Il y a un parking mais il est payant. Nous l'avions utilisé, il est sécurisé. L'hôtel est vivant mais à la fois très calme. Notre chambre était propre, le minimum nécessaire comme par exemple du café pour le matin. Le lit était confortable, les nuits agréables et reposantes. Mais on pouvait entendre les voisins à certains moments. J'ai l'impression que les murs ne sont pas épais ou insonorisés. On entendait même les femmes de ménages passer l'aspirateur dans les chambres d'à côté et du dessus. Un peu tôt je trouve, il devait être 08h30 du matin. Mais nous étions déjà levés, donc c'était pas un problème pour nous. Dans l'ensemble c'est un hôtel super, je recommande et reviendrais !

Really pleased with our second stay here. It’s a little bit tired in places. But given the battering it takes with winter sports it’s not surprising. The AC units are new and find it to be VERY clean. Staff couldn’t be more polite or helpful. And generally their rates are very competitive. Imagine well back before long.

Best Resort in Whistler

Hotel was excellent large room very clean we really enjoyed our stay at this resort, we will come back and stay here again it was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in.
