A decent property in a good location. I did write that this was for a 35 th anniversary celebration yet the room we were out in was probably one of the worst. No balcony and a tiny corner view out of the window. It felt very cheap. I would think for a special occasion they would make a bit of an effort and also parking is outrageous for a night. I was disappointed unfortunately

Two challenging issues - Parking is absymal. Self parking is not really an option unless the hotel is empty. Ran into painful issues getting my chromecast setup. Took a full day to get that working Great location and otherwise decent place

Right in the heart of the Whistler village, shopping and dining right out the door. We got in early and our room wasn’t ready and the front desk offered to hold our bags, when we got to our room later that day our bags were in our room already, great service

Absolutely adored this place!! Everyone was extremely helpful and kind. Their staff made everything easygoing and seamless. Very appreciative of everyone. The location is good as well. I love how quiet it is at night. Plus 10/10 AC (a must). Overall, 10/10 would definitely come back!

It was our first time staying at the crystal lodge - beautiful hotel and so easy to get around the village from here. The room was so clean and felt “new”. The only downside to the hotel is that the pool/hot tub closes at 10pm so no late night hot tub/swims and that the depth of the pool is only 3.5m. Other than that everything was great!
