Location is excellent. We had 2 rooms and they were both super clean. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms modern. Everything in room worked as it should. The bathrobes were soft and perfect for going to the pool. We had a great stay and would do so again.

this hotel is in an ideal location in the central Whistler village, and has all the basics you need. The floor I was staying on was under construction and the HVAC smelled pretty musty while I was there. Gym is small, but has what most people need and the mountain is a better gym anyway!

It was an overall good accommodation but one of the cleaning staff didn’t bother waiting for me to get the door so he open the door with his key card a second after knocking and saw me in the middle of changing. Also the wifi didn’t work at all.

Pros: The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and the area was perfect as all shops were close by. Check-in and check-out was easy. Cons: Very limited parking, we got a ticket because we didn’t move our car in the morning. You could hear the noise from outside and on one night, there was a rowdy crowd that were being loud late at night which made it difficult to sleep.

Great room and great location. Parking was slightly confusing. There were no instructions on parking and when we arrived you had to check in and get a pass from reception but there was nowhere to put your car whilst you did this. Pool opening time was also frustratingly late meaning you couldn’t swim before breakfast.

Overall the hotel and the location was great! The staff are very friendly. I did not like that there was a 4pm check-in and 11am check out, without the option of extending the check out time.

The property was nice on the outside and dated. on the inside. I could hear pipes all night and construction on both sides in the morning. Temperature was never comfortable. They did not refill the tea once I drank it the first day. I had to buy a whole box. Even though I spent more for valet they were irritated at getting the car. I’m not sure why they were irritated I was patient while I waited 20 minutes. They finally admitted our truck wasn’t even there. It was at the hotel next door so I probably should have paid there.

We recently stayed at this hotel to celebrate my wife's birthday. Overall, the experience was mixed. On the positive side, the location is excellent — it's very convenient with easy access to nearby stores and restaurants. The room was clean, which we appreciated, but it was noticeably smaller than expected. The washroom, in particular, was very cramped, and the bathroom door couldn’t be locked, which was a bit inconvenient. One disappointment was that despite mentioning the birthday occasion during booking, there were no special promotions or gestures from the hotel, which was a letdown. The AC unit in the room was quite noisy, and we could also clearly hear sounds from the neighbouring room, including their TV, which made it hard to fully relax. Noise insulation could definitely be improved. Parking was another challenge. There are limited spots available, and many of the EV charging spots were taken by vehicles that weren’t even charging, which was frustrating as we were relying on those facilities. In summary, while the hotel has a great location and clean rooms, there are a few areas that need improvement in terms of guest comfort, amenities, and service attention.
