Overall, our stay was great! It had a rocky start which is why I docked 1 star. We booked an extended stay for an anniversary getaway and reserved a 1bd king with walk in shower/separate tub. The listing info says there is an additional deposit for the stay. Approx 4 to 5 days previous to our departure date, we received check-in information which suddenly changed the deposit from a flat fee to per night. We were staying 8 nights, so this significantly increased our deposit. I reached out to the establishment asking about the discrepancy and waited 2 days with no response. I then contacted hotels.com customer service and they pushed for answer for us. Finally, Evolution responded on day 3 and clarified that it is one price if you pay cash but different if on a credit card. Okay, but it should be detailed in the listing as such, and response time to questions from booked guests should be better. We arrived and checked in early evening. Dropped off bags and went to get dinner. When we got back, I realized we had been placed in a different room than what I had selected. I called the front desk and was told nothing they could do, to call back in the morning. In the morning, it went overall smoothly to getting it fixed. Thankfully, we had not unpacked much in anticipation of moving so it was not terribly difficult to change rooms. That is when the stay finally went right and we had a very lovely time there after. Room was clean and very nice. The hot tub and sauna are amazing!

Thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Hot tub was great, gym was nicely outfitted. Rooms were large and quiet. Had nice mountain view. Fireplace was bonus. Very pleasant staff.

Enjoyed our Whistler stay

The condo was very comfortable although we found it a bit dark facing the trees and back of the property. The bed was extremely comfortable. I brought my own pillow from home and my husband did not and found the king size pillows too big to sleep on. He used one of the decorative pillows and found it did the trick. I did let him know that there were other pillows in the closet. The kitchen knives could use some sharpening and the blender did not work. The bathroom is a good size with a large tub and shower. The in floor heating was very nice. We found the windows that opened didn't allow much cool air to come in at night so we ended up leaving the patio door open...I was a bit hesitant to do that but that was the only way to get cool air into the bedroom at night. The pool area and hot tub was very nice and the steam room was nice to use. We appreciated the bike storage area. Overall we had a nice stay.

Cleanest most equipped suite we have ever stayed in. Appreciated the hot-tubs after a day of hiking. Large comfortable balcony to enjoy evening drinks or morning coffee. Well equipped kitchen with all the eating and cooking supplies you need to make a meal.
