From the moment we got checked in by Charlie at the front desk, who was so friendly and welcoming, to parking and walking into our cozy and inviting loft suite, our mini escape holiday here has been amazing. The location is so central and the room was lovely, especially the balcony where we enjoyed suntanning with drinks and looking at the stars later at night. Overall, this has been one of the best hotel experiences we have had and we will definitley be back.

We had taken the Queen Loft bedroom and there was no direct lift access to the room entrance. It needed us to climb 1 floor even after taking the lift due to the way of design.

There were two different buildings and the pool was in the other building which had no change rooms so it was frustrating. I called ahead and they said there was special parking for EV’s but didn’t specify I had to bring my own charger. Noticed some dust Staff were friendly and helpful though.
