Would of like to of seen pool deck, tables and chairs cleaned daily or hosed down. There were bandaids and chips etc on the ground the next morning. Also while the pool chemicals were being monitored they were not being added in the afternoon to make levels safe( a child had a bowel movement in the pool). It was reported. I would of assumed the pool water and grounds would be kept clean. Like at public pools. The water should of been shoked and people asked to get out and wait until levels were safe .It is s wonderful pool snd family friendly.

Front desk was efficient and helpful. Love the location. The furniture in the living room was a little dated. The bathroom needs a little more maintenance. Only half of the water reached the showerhead. The rest were coming out of the faucet. Minor inconveniences. I would return.

Friendly staff communication problems for sure . They are trying and learning . Just have to be patient eventually it will get sorted out . Pool area is amazing however unsupervised so be prepared for entitled parents endangering their children . I haven’t the words to explain ?

Overall, the beds were a bit too soft for our liking. The upper bunk made loud noises whenever someone turned over, possibly because the bed is quite old. That said, it's still a decent place for a short stay.
