The Loft design is perfect for those needing separate sleeping areas. The suite is spacious, so you don't feel confined. Suite was very clean but there's areas starting to show wear and tear that are not being addressed. Its a lovely hotel and I would hope that they would maintain it. I would like to go back to visit it again.

Although the property was not in the best conditions. The manager addressed our concerns promptly and took care of it and ensured that they had just taken over the property and would be making lots of changes. The manager was curious and very respectful and easy going and easy to understand. He made what could have been a disastrous stay a very memorable one. And we will try again in future really soon. We can’t judge them based off just takeing the hotel over and not giveing them another try to redeem themselves. We left happy and content that we were heard. Thank you again mountain side till we meet again to the new and improved hotel we wish you the best of luck

Stay was great. Room was clean and bed comfortable. I did have an issue with hot water. I had to run it a long time to get it to a warm temperature and it never got really hot

our stay was amazing. since it was offseason we were upgraded to a suite with a kitchen, dining area, sunken living room, fireplace, jacuzzi, and sauna. what a bargain. it also had a view of the ski hill.
