Was given a room overlooking the pool so privacy is limited if you want the blinds open and could just hear loud children screaming outside. Overall cleanliness was mediocre with a lot of area laden with accumulation of dust. Beds are perhaps the least comfortable and sag so badly that they are years pass any kind of decent sleep.

Incredible Staff!

We accidentally messed up our check-in time, but the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. They went out of their way to adjust things for us and made sure we were comfortable despite our mistake. Their kindness, patience, and problem-solving really took the stress out of the situation and turned it into a positive experience. It’s rare to find a team that goes so far above and beyond — we’re truly grateful and would absolutely stay here again.

Great location! Stayed for two nights in Whistler Village. The hotel is very close to the village center, which was super convenient. Check-in was quick, though it took a little time to find the entrance. I really liked the loft-style room—very cozy and unique. The kitchen setup was decent and had what I needed. This hotel was reasonably priced and is a great location but it definitely needs some updating especially the bathroom. The building itself needs some care, updating and cleaning. Disappointing that the heat was turned off. Our room had a great little kitchen, oven, and fridge. The young lady that helped us at check-in gave excellent service.

The front desk at this hotel was closed, so we had to walk over to the Executive at Whistler Village to check in. We had to wait a while for another group to check in, and then when we were checking in, the process took forever. Then, because the front desk at our hotel (The Mountainside) had no staff, the guy at the desk at the other one had to walk over to ours to activate our room keys after helping a bunch of other people after us at the other hotel. The whole process probably took more than 30 minutes, if not being close to 45 minutes. We paid $356 for the night - surely our hotel can afford one desk staff.
