Check out times are not reasonable. Hotel would not give later check out because they said that they were very busy. Not true. Also, a sign says wash all dishes before leaving or will be charged $15. No dishwasher soap was left in the unit. Concierge staff was not friendly, aloof, and not helpful.

This place is great. We really enjoyed our stay, staff was very friendly and quite helpful. Our room was clean and the bed not too bad but the room was very tired and is ready for a full Reno. Furniture was uncomfortable and the fridge looked like it was in a hail storm. Great views from our balcony and we would stay again.

The hotel staff who greeted us were fabulous! So friendly and welcoming, to the extent we received an upgrade to help celebrate our anniversary. The only negative is that the rooms are starting to show their age.

I stayed for a night and overall it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is not brand new, so it doesn't feel modern, but it was nice and clean.
