This accommodation is right in the village and very walkable. The lodge is locked to the public so I felt safe leaving my ski gear in the lobby storage. Relaxed in the hot tub after a long day of skiing and it was lovely. The only complaint is the room was a bit dusty but overall was pretty clean. Super nice staff as well :)

Broken Gutters

2 gutters broken either side of the window rain was slamming in to the roof below our window creating a very loud disturbing noise all throughout the night , I took videos of the water hitting the roof and the noise it made all night

Property felt like it was furnished in the early 90s. Pool was freezing. The worst part was the constant noise from outside. Right across a bar and screaming and arguing all night till 2 am. Then street vehicle noises with loud beeping starting at 6. All of the village closes super early too. By 6 everything was closed and most restaurants closed at 9.

Location is amazing and is central to the Whistler village. Staff were all very kind and hospitable and it really felt like I was staying at an extended family member’s apartment. People get the wrong idea and assume you’re getting a 5 star hotel treatment where in reality if you want that then you should look elsewhere. The rooms are clean, bathrooms are clean, and rooms were exactly as described. The hotel is very clear and specific about rules and guidelines (fees, parking, etc). I was a little concerned after reading some reviews but found myself pleasantly surprised when it turns out that if you want something, all you need to do is ask. Need more towels or need your trash taken out? Just ask! The extra security about who can enter the building made it feel safe - especially with our snowboard gear. Thank you to Ian/Ean for your kind welcome at the property!

Don't stay here... I read the reviews, and I was hoping it was not as bad as people made it out to be. It was. 2 star hotel for sure. Stayed for 6 nights and never had our room cleaned once even after asking multiple times. Kitchenet was bare minimum. Mirror in room was broken. Elevator was very dirty. Insisted on charging 250 CAD when you arrive for damage deposit which I have still not received back and doubt I will. After checking out they said they cannot watch our bags for an hour because they have no room but if you pay 50 CAD they will find room. Who does that? I booked this place hoping it was a cheap no frills Hotel but it was much less.

Not this hotel

Not enough towels were provided for two people and they didn't provide more because they didn't seem to have any.. We were supposed to get a room cleaning every 3 days and they didn't come once in 7 days. Same thing for my sister but they tried to charge her a cleaning fee. And the rooms could have used a good cleaning. It's close to lots of restaurants and the chair lifts and the hot tub was great for a soak at the end of a day of skiing but I wouldn't stay here a second time.

The property was very nice and centrally located. The only critique was there was no servicing of our room during the 5 days we stayed there. We made it through but towels were never changed, trash was never removed, and beds were never made. I understood it to function like a hotel where those services were offered throughout the stay but they were not. Otherwise the staff was very friendly and the best part was the super easy access to the slopes and being central in the village area for access to all the shopping and restaurants.
