The restaurant service was significantly below expectations. The staff appeared disorganized, and we had to wait a long time before even being acknowledged by the servers. Additionally, when our orders were finally taken, there was a delay in receiving our food. When the meals did arrive, they were not up to the standard I would expect from a high-end hotel like the Fairmont.
The quality of the food was also disappointing. Several dishes were not fresh, and the flavors were underwhelming. For the price point, I expected much better dining options and overall service.
Given the reputation of the Fairmont brand and the cost associated with dining at the hotel, this experience was very frustrating. I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes that you can pass this feedback on to the property and help ensure future guests do not have a similar experience.
