The lady who helped us check in was very nice. We were excited to be there food in the are was great only thing I am quite upset with is the pool on the website, any map they have in the building, the paper work they give us when we come in and even if you google it they say they have a pool, hot tub and sauna but when we went to find it all we could find it the hot tub and sauna. When we asked the staff at the desk she said they haven’t had it for a while and that it’s cement. Upset cause the main reason we booked with this hotel was because it was a nice price and there was a pool then to be told there maps need to be updated and when we told the staff that it was not only the maps but any other place you look up about the hotel she didn’t have any thing to say. Hotel is a bit dated room doesn’t have many plugs so had to unplug the laps and tv needs update not the best quality.

The staff was very friendly and responsive to needs & requests. Bathtub tile repair was shoddy and unprofessionally done. No desk. No chairs for viewing the TV. Noticed several ants around covered food and now and again crawling on the wall and curtains. Lots of windows. Bed very comfortable.
