Hotel was super close to the bus station and only an 8-minute walk to the gondola. The hot tub was a nice bonus. Having a kitchenette was especially helpful to prep breakfasts.

Well maintained, very clean & helpful staff. Highly recommend cascade lodge
Excellent value. Clean spacious comfortable rooms, a little dated but not too important to me considering the excellent nightly rates and location. My only negative would be the gym. There are no weights/dumbells at all so I would not consider it a gym; however, I ended up going to the Whistler rec center, for which I was very impressed (only $10 drop in) considering the size of the community. So silver lining :). Other than that, I highly recommend this property. Special recognition to Alex at the front desk, very accommodating and professional.
Nice hotel room with small kitchenette. Convenient location and well priced. The bathroom sink was impossible to use without flooding the vanity however. Would happily stay there again.

Friendliness of staffs. Cleanliness of the lodge & the location to everywhere !
Pros: close to village and parking. staffs are very nice and accommodating. Pool and hottub were warm during winter time - very relaxing.
the unit (632) was spacious and has everything we need to stay for couple nights. Corner unit, so it was pretty quiet and has very nice mountain view.
Cons: can hear elevator machine from master bedroom. The unit code kept changing during our stay, so I need to go back and fwd to front desk to get the new number.
Tips: after 5PM you can park at library across the property for cheaper rate until 10AM next morning.
The parking was ridiculous. You had to register your car and the app didn’t work. You couldn’t exit the locked parking garage without a long code it felt unsafe to be locked in while fooling around with a long code that I never picked. The rooms were not cleaned and the front desk told me we don’t clean your room because it is a lodge, whatever that means. The fan in the bathroom can’t be truned off so it is so loud 24/7 in an annoying “white noise” but louder all night long. Just disappointed with all those things we went to my friends hotel all the time just to avoid this place honestly

Great location. The building is currently going through renovations in some of the units. There was no extra noise however in some of the common areas you would find piles of old items removed from the units. The unit we stayed in was perfect for what we needed on our two night stay but it definitely needs some upgrades. The tiles in the bathroom weren't placed properly, noticeable water damage in the room and stained carpets. Overall a great place to stay but an update to all units is definitely necessary.
Cascade Lodge is lovely. Good, quiet location away from the village noise. Great pool and hot tub. 1 bedroom was large with kitchen, dining area, tv room and nice one bedroom. It was very clean and nice space. Only complaints are...pool hot tub hours were 10am to 10pm and strictly enforced, longer hours would be nice or adult hours. At end of stay, they wanted us to strip the beds. And the coffee they left was so so. It could have been stronger.
Cascade was a great spot and not far from the village. The apartment was spacious and had laundry. The balcony was small & the gym didn’t have much. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again.
